Exterior Plantation grown Teak, Interior FSC certified Spanish Cedar
As can be seen in the photos, this residence is practically IN the Atlantic Ocean. With the severe exposure that seems to go hand in hand with spectacular views, using Duratherm windows and doors was a choice made early in the project development. The architect chose Teak exteriors with a bleaching stain to accelerate natural weathering and provide for a low maintenace exterior.
