This addition to the Hargood House helped to expand the museum’s ability to store and display its growing art collection. Duratherm’s high performance teak and mahogany windows and doors are a key element of the building’s sustainable design. Our products included a large lift/slide door that opens the main gallery into the courtyard and inward swinging casement windows concealed behind the slatted exterior skin.
