An 18’-0” tall teak and Mahogany window wall wraps the entire building, giving it a distinctive look and defining the exterior of the building’s circulation envelope. Duratherm engineered and provided the steel lateral wind bracing at the vertical mullions of this curtain wall assembly. Combinations of clear and fritted glass give the building façade a continually changing appearance depending on time of day and light source.
