With Austin’s mild climate, the ability to fully open the interior to the exterior was a large component of the design. To accommodate this, Duratherm crafted luxury lift roll doors that expanded an impressive 45 feet in length.  These doors can be fully closed, partially closed or completely open. When completely open, the rolling panels neatly recess into the wall pocket, creating a seamless transition to the exterior patio.
