Medomak River House

The house overlooks a sloping coastline. All rooms of the house open directly to courts, terraces, decks, or porches. Daylight is captured directly from the waterside through expansive glass, and on the inland side through clerestory windows and ceiling coffers.

Red Rock House

This residence is located on a densely wooded, steeply sloping site, the main house opening up to the forest below and beyond. Windows and doors were stained a dark mahogany, complimenting the dark horizontal siding. A huge, butt glazed corner window takes full advanatge of the beautiful site.

Martha’s Vineyard Retreat

Duratherm helped the architects reduce project costs while maintaining the same expanse of glass with one creative change: we replaced the paired casement windows as originally detailed with single awning units.

Ruth’s House

Floor-to-ceiling multiple panel lift/roll doors and fixed windows capture the views of this mountaintop residence overlooking the Hudson River valley. Form and function unite throughout the home with Duratherm fixed and operable windows, swing doors, and lift/roll doors.
